    2. 1.2.For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires "You", “Your” or “User” shall mean any natural person who uses the Website for availing Services. The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean the Company, its employees, and authorised agents that perform any services on the Company’s behalf.

    1. 2.1.We enable the Users to post queries, suggestions and/or file RTI Application(s) through Our Website. Our aim is to promote transparency and good governance by creating relevant data for the benefit of both the User(s) and government bodies.
    2. 2.2.All the other defined terms shall have the same meaning as provided for under the Terms of Use published on this Website.
  3. Type of information collected from the User(s)
    1. 3.1.We may require Users to provide us with the following information:
      1. (i)Name of the User;
      2. (ii)A self-selected User ID;
      3. (iii)E-mail Address;
      4. (iv)Phone Number;
      5. (v)Postal Address;
      6. (vii)If we decide to include new features on the Website, then We may collect additional information from You. However, We will intimate You of such additional information collected.

      3. (iii)Phone Number: Phone number will be an alternative method to contact You, for any updates on Your RTI Application and/or service messages.
      4. (iv)Postal Address: Postal address shall be used to send the responses to Your RTI Applications.
      5. (vi)In order to improve the quality of our Website and/or the Services we may ask you to provide us with information regarding your experiences on our Website. Users have the option of choosing not to provide us with this information.

    1. 5.1.All financial information that is collected through the Website is used solely to enable the User to make payments through the Website, and is not used for marketing or promotional purposes. Towards this end, we disclose such information to a third-party intermediary, for the sole purpose of credit card processing, which is used to make payments to avail the Services on the Website.

    2. 11.2.You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kansas and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts.
